After 20 years of experience in the restaurant,i discovered a new passion and for the past three years i have been preparing cakes for birthdays with a twist of love.I love working with first quality Belgian chocolate,with cream,milk,butter and fresh eggs from the bio farms near Amsterdam,hazelnuts&lemons from Italy,vanilla from Madagascar and cacao from the most famous areas.
When i was a child my grandmother,being a confectioner,made me a layered cake every Sunday with a lot of cream and topped with great chocolate,that’s why my cakes are perfectly spongy,creamy,fluffy and mostly filled with chocolate ganache.
